After mugen’s mother crossing over in early 2016, they attended Five Immortal Temple’s Daoist Medicine course on White Horse Mountain in Hubei, China. Here, they learned; qigong, water taiji, herbs, moxa, guasha, cupping, channels/meridians, acupuncture, theory, daoist cosmology, healing tones, and became a 24th generation disciple of the Complete Reality Dragon Gate Pure Yang Sect of Daoism [ 全真龍門純陽派 | quán zhēn chún yáng lóng mén pài: ] disciple of Five Immortals Temple on Wudang Mountain [ 五仙廟武當山 | wǔ xiān miào wǔ dāng shān].

They began their Masters in Acupuncture (Dac) at Pacific College of Health and Sciences New York, and completed the program at New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Throughout that time, they have continued as a student of Lindsey Wei [ Cheng Ling: 誠靈 } Daoist Priestess and teacher of Wudang White Horse and LoAn Guylaine Tran [ Cheng Feng: 誠鳳 ] of Silent Clarity School & Feather Beings.

From this lineage, they learned and are refining: Heavenly Horse Water Taiji and Fire Taiji Form [ 天馬太極套路 ], White Horse Mountain Life Cultivation Practice [ 白馬山養生功 ], 49 Styles Chun Yang Sword Foundation Form [ 四十九式純陽劍法基礎套路 ], Eight Trigram Dragon Heart Palm, various Qigong methods through Temple Abbott Li Shifu and Teacher Lindsey Wei.

Through the teaching by Teacher Cheng Feng, they have learned, chanting of the Classic of the Way and Virtue (Dao De Jing) by Laozi [ 老子的道德經 ] and Dawn Liturgy of the Mystery Gate [ ⽞⾨早晚功課經 ] as translated by LoAn.

Throughout mugen’s time in school, they illustrated three published works through Purple Cloud Press. Currently, they are continuing their Daoist/Asian medicine studies and offering tattoo/tattoo acupuncture work in the Bay Area, California.
